CHAP. 139.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Civil War and certain widows and dependent children of soldiers and sailors of said war.May 27, 1912.[[H. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— The name of Margaret J.
Smith, former widow of Schofield Furnier,Pension.Margaret J. Smith. late of Company D, First Regiment Michigan Veteran Volunteer1100 Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Pensions increased.William H.
