That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— Pensions.Elizabeth A.
Whittaker.The name of Elizabeth A. Whittaker, widow of William T. Whittaker, late of Company I, Twenty-eighth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of $12 per month, and $2 per month additional on account of one minor child of the soldier until such child attains the age of sixteen years. 1441 The name of James L. Herod, late of Company A, Second RegimentJames L. Herod. Mississippi Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of $12 per month.
