Kelly.Reimbursement to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of fifty dollars to W. A. Kelly, postmaster at West Frankfort, Illinois, to reimburse him for postal savings stamps stolen while in the custody of the post office at West Frankfort, Illinois. Approved, March 3, 1913.
