CHAP. 134.— An Act To authorize the Secretary of the Treasury to sell certain land to the First Baptist Church of Plymouth, Massachusetts. May 27, 1912.[[S. 6472](/us/bill/62/s/6472).][[Public, No. 166](/us/62/pl/166).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Plymouth, Mass.Sale of part of public building site, to First Baptist Church. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to grant, relinquish, and convey, by quitclaim deed, for and in consideration of one hundred dollars cash, to the First Baptist Church of Plymouth, Massachusetts, that portion of the Burn’s lot included in the Federal building site in said city, to the south of the continuation of the southerly boundary line of the next adjacent property conveyed to the United States by said First Baptist Church, and to deposit the proceeds of such sale in the Treasury as a miscellaneous receipt.Proceeds.
