CHAP. 133.— An Act For the relief of Mathew T. Fuller. March 3, 1913. [[H. R. 16993](/us/bill/62/hr/16993).] [[Private, No. 165](/us/pvtl/62/165).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mathew T. Fuller.Military record corrected. That in the administration of pension laws, Mathew T. Fuller shall hereafter be held and considered to have been absent with proper authority and in the line of duty as a soldier at the time of his capture by the enemy while serving as a member of Company D, Sixty-fifth Regiment Indiana Volunteer*Proviso*.No prior pension.
Infantry: *Provided*, That no pension shall accrue or become payable prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, March 3, 1913.
