CHAP. 133.— An Act To authorize the Great Northern Railway Company to construct a bridge across the Yellowstone River, in the county of Dawson, State of Montana. May 27, 1912.[[S. 6161](/us/bill/62/s/6161).][[Public, No. 165](/us/62/pl/165).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Yellowstone River.Great Northern Railway Company may bridge in North Dakota or Montana. That the Great Northern Railway Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota, its successors and assigns, be, and they are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Yellowstone River at a point suitableLocation. to the interests of navigation, to be selected by the said company and approved by the Secretary of War, either in Mackenzie County, North Dakota, or Dawson County, Montana, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction ofVol. 34, p. 84. bridges over navigable water’s,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this ActAmendment. is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, May 27, 1912.
