CHAP. 132.— An Act To refund certain taxes paid by the Louisiana Distillery Company (Limited), of New Orleans, Louisiana.March 3, 1913.[[H. R. 12339](/us/bill/62/hr/12339).][[Private, No. 164](/us/pvtl/62/164).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Louisiana Distillery Company.Refund of excessive duty. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one hundred and ninety-four dollars and forty cents to the Louisiana Distillery Company (Limited), of New Orleans, Louisiana, as a refund payment for excessive duty paid on importation of molasses.
