CHAP. 132.— An Act To authorize the Great Northern Railway Company to construct a bridge across the Missouri River in the State of North Dakota. May 27, 1912.[[S. 6160](/us/bill/62/s/6160).][[Public, No. 164](/us/62/pl/164).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Missouri River.Great Northern Rai1way Company may bridge, in North Dakota. That the Great Northern Railway Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota, its successors and assigns, he, and they are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Missouri River, at a point suitableLocation. to the interests of navigation, at or near the mouth of the Little Missouri River, and not farther south than the south line of township one hundred and forty-seven north or farther north than the north line of township one hundred and forty-eight north, of the fifth principal meridian, in the State of North Dakota, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “ An Act to regulate the construction ofVol. 81, p. 84. bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nine-teen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, May 27, 1912.
