Hess.Reimbursement to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Ralph E. Hess, of Visalia, California, the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars in compensation for two horses lost while hired by the United States Geological Survey. Approved, March 3, 1913.
