CHAP. 13.— An Act To authorize the construction of a railroad bridge across the Illinois River near Havana, Illinois.January 25, 1913.[[S. 7637](/us/bill/62/s/7637).][[Public, No. 350](/us/pl/62/350).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Illinois River.Chicago, Peoria and Saint Louis Railroad Company may bridge, at Havana, Ill. That Chicago, Peoria and Saint Louis Railroad Company, a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Illinois, and its successors and assigns, be, and they are hereby, authorized to construct, 651 maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Illinois River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near the city of Havana, in the State of Illinois, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the constructionVol. 34, p. 84. of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2.That the right to alter, amend, or repeal tins Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, January 25, 1913.
