CHAP. 129.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Regular Army and Navy and of wars other than the Civil War, and to certain widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors.March 3, 1913.[[H. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— The name of John W.
Slaughter, late of Company L, Second RegimentPension Increased.John W. Slaughter. Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of $12 per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. The name of Warren Hilliard, late of Company B, EighteenthPensions.Warren Hilliard. Regiment United States Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of $8 per month. The name of George Hollederer, late of Troop I, Third RegimentGeorge Hollederer. United States Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of $12 per month.
The name of Charles W. Camp, late of Company M, Twenty-seventhPension increased.Charles W. Camp. Regiment United States Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of $20 per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. The name of George R. Lewerenz, widow of Alfred C. Lewerenz,Elizabeth S. Lewerenz. late civil engineer, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of $40 per month in lieu of that she is now receiving, and $2 per month additional on account of the minor child of said Alfred C.
Lewerenz until he reaches the age of sixteen years. 1394 Pensions.Francis Redmond.The name of Francis Redmond, late of Troop K, Ninth Regiment United States Cavalry, and Hospital Corps, United States Army, and pay him a pension at the rate of $12 per month. Charles E. Harris.The name of Charles E. Harris, late of Company G, Tenth Regiment United States Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of $12 per month. Smith, widow of Sebree Smith, late captain Third Regiment United States Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of $30 per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Martha A. Hughes.The name of Martha A. Hughes, widow of Edward M. Hughes, late commander, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of $40 per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Emily W. Tilley.The name of Emily W. Tilley, widow of Benjamin F. Tilley, late rear admiral, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of $50 per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
Mary F. Read.The name of Mary F. Read, widow of Thomas Read, late of Company A, Fourth Regiment United States Infantry, War with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of $20 per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Pensions.William Cornell.The name of William Cornell, late of Company M, First Regiment United States Volunteer Engineers, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of $10 per month. Emma Myers.The name of Emma Myers, widow of Fred Myers, late of Troop K, Sixth Regiment United States Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of $12 per month.
Sara S. Dowdy.The name of Sara S. Dowdy, widow of Robert W. Dowdy, late major, Twenty-sixth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of $25 per month. Pensions Increased.Green Hines.The name of Green Hines, dependent father of Hilton P. Hines, late of Company F, Second Regiment United States Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of $24 per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Esther B. Shultz.The name of Esther B. Shultz, widow of Joseph S.
Shultz, late civil engineer, with rank of lieutenant, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of $35 per month in lieu of that she is now receiving, and $2 per month additional on account of the minor child of the said Joseph S. Shultz until she reaches the age of sixteen years. Approved, March 3, 1913.
