CHAP. 129.— An Act Authorizing the fiscal court of Pike County, Kentucky, to construct a bridge across Levisa Fork of the Big Sandy River. May 20, 1912.[[H. R. 25407](/us/bill/62/hr/25407).][[Public, No. 161](/us/62/pl/161).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Levisa Fork, Big Sandy River.Pike County, Ky., may bridge. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted for the fiscal court of Pike County, Kentucky, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge across Levisa Fork of the Big Sandy River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near the Mouth of Card, in the county of Pike, in the State ofVol. p. 84.
Kentucky, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six. Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, May 20, 1912.
