CHAP. 128.— An Act To extend the time for the construction of a dam across the Fend Oreille River, Washington. May 20, 1912.[[H. R. 22731](/us/bill/62/hr/22731).][[Public, No. 160](/us/62/pl/160).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Pend Oreille River, Wash.Time extended for dam by Pend d’Oreille Development Company across.Vol. 34, p. 931, amended. That the time for the commencement and completion of the construction of a dam across the Pend Oreille River, Washington, authorized by the Act entitled “An Act authorizing the construction of a dam across the Pend Oreille River in the State of Washington by the Pend d’Oreille Development Company, for the development of water power, electrical power, and for other purposes,” approved February twenty-fifth, nineteen hundred and seven, be extended for one and three years, respectively, from the date of the passage of this Act.
Sec. 2. That the construction, maintenance, and operation of theConstruction. dam therein authorized by the aforesaid Act shall be in all respects in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Act approvedVol. 36, p. 593. June twenty-third, nineteen hundred and ten, entitled “An Act to amend an Act entitled ‘An Act to regulate the construction of dams116across navigable waters,’ approved June twenty-first, nineteen hundred and six.” Sec. 3. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved.
