CHAP. 122.— An Act To authorize the Williamson and Pond Creek Railroad Company to construct a bridge across the Tug Fork of the Big Sandy River at or near Williamson, Mingo County, West Virginia.May 11, 1912.[[S. 6167](/us/bill/62/s/6167).][[Public, No. 154](/us/62/pl/154).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Tug Fork of Big Sandy River.Williamson and Pond Creek Railroad Company may bridge, Williamson, W.
Va. That the Williamson and Pond Creek Railroad Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Kentucky, its successors and assigns, be, and they are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Tug Fork of Big Sandy River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation or near Williamson, Mingo County, West Virginia, where the said Tug Fork forms the boundary line between the States of West Virginia and Kentucky, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “ An Act to regulateVol. 34, p. 84. the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, May 11, 1912.
