That the Secretary of the 1349 1350 Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to refund to the National Cartage and Warehouse Company, of New York City, New York, the sum of ninety-five dollars and forty cents collected *Ante*, p. 935.on two cases of majolica ware in excess of the actual duty thereon.
