CHAP. 11.— An Act For the relief of the city of Crawford, in the State of Nebraska. August 14, 1911.[[H. R. 12051](/us/bill/62/hr/12051).][[Public, No. 11](/us/pl/62/11).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House, of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Crawford, Nebr.Granted right of way across Fort Robinson Reservation. That the city of Crawford, in the State of Nebraska, is hereby granted a right of way across the military reservation of Fort Robinson, Nebraska, at such location as may be determined by the said city of Crawford and approved by the Secretary of War, to construct and maintain a pipe line for the purpose of carrying water from a point beyond the said military reservation across said reservation and to the said city of Crawford: *Provided,**Provisos*.Construction, etc.
That the entire cost of construction and maintenance shall be paid by the city of Crawford: *And provided further,* That the pipe Restoration of surface.shall be covered and the surface restored to its present condition by and at the expense of said city of Crawford. Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is expressly reserved. Approved, August 14, 1911.
