CHAP. 104.— An Act For the relief of James Parsons.March 2, 1913.[[H. R. 24661](/us/bill/62/hr/24661).][[Private, No. 154](/us/pvtl/62/154).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James Parsons.Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws governing the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, or any branch thereof, James Parsons shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a lieutenant of Company D, Second Regiment Colorado Volunteer Cavalry: *Provided*,*Proviso*.No prior pension.
That no pension shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, March 2, 1913.
