CHAP. 103.— An Act To authorize the change of the names of the steamers Syracuse and Boston.April 30, 1912.[[H. R. 22580](/us/bill/62/hr/22580).][[Public, No. 145](/us/pl/62/145).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,“Syracuse” and “Boston,” steamers. That the Commissioner of Navigation is hereby authorized and directed, upon application of Change of names authorized.the owner, the Port Huron and Duluth Steamship Company, of Port-Huron, Michigan, to change the name of the steamer Syracuse, official number one hundred and sixteen thousand and twenty-five, and to change the name of the steamer Boston, official number three thousand one hundred and forty.
