CHAP. 101.— An Act To correct the military record of Barkley S. Denison.March 2, 1913.[[H. R. 11627](/us/bill/62/hr/11627).][[Private, No. 151](/us/pvtl/62/151).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Barkley S. Denison.Military record corrected. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and instructed to correct the military record of Barkley S. Denison, late a first lieutenant in the Fifty-third Regiment Kentucky Volunteers, so that he shall hereafter be 1379 held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States on the sixth day of August, eighteen hundred and sixty-three: *Provided, however*, That no pay,*Proviso*.No pay, etc. bounty, pension, or other allowances shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
