CHAP. 100.— An Act For the relief of William H. Seward.March 2, 1913.[[H. R. 8921](/us/bill/62/hr/8921).][[Private, No. 150](/us/pvtl/62/150).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William H. Seward.Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws William H. Seward, who was a second lieutenant of Company I, Second Regiment, Michigan Infantry Volunteers shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably dis charged from the military services of the United States as a member of the said company and regiment on the thirtieth day of August, *Proviso*.No prior pension, etc.eighteen hundred and sixty-two: *Provided*, That no pension, bounty, or allowances shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
