CHAP. 1.— An Act To amend section five of the Act entitled “An Act to incorporate file American Red Cross,” approved January fifth, nineteen hundred and five.December 10, 1912.[[H. R. 20287](/us/bill/62/hr/20287).][[Public, No. 341](/us/pl/62/341).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,American National Red Cross.Time of annual meeting changed.Vol. 33, p. 601, amended. That section live of the Act for the incorporation of the American National Red Cross, approved January fifth, nineteen hundred and five, be, and the same hereby is, amended so that the annual meeting of the said organization shall hereafter be held on Wednesday preceding the second Thursday in the month of December in each and every year.
In effect.Sec. 2.That this Act shall take effect immediately. Approved, December 10, 1912.
