CHAP. 99.— An Act For the relief of George W. Flack. March 15, 1910[[H. R. 17838](/us/bill/61/hr/17838)][[Private, No. 23](/us/pvt/61/23)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administrationGeorge W. Flack.Military record corrected. of the pension laws and the laws governing the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, or any branch thereof, George W. Flack, now a resident of Pennsylvania, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of Company I, Fifth Regiment United States Veteran Volunteer Infantry, on the sixteenth day of June, eighteen hundred and sixty-six: *Provided*, That no pension*Proviso*.No prior pension. shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
