CHAP. 98.— An Act For the erection of a monument over the grave of Brigadier-General James Shields in Saint Mary’s Cemetery, Carrollton, Missouri. March 15, 1910[[H. R. 11580](/us/bill/61/hr/11580)][[Private, No. 22](/us/pvt/61/22)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of WarJames Shields.Monument to be erected to.*Ante*, p. 723.*Cost*. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a suitable monument to be erected over the grave of Brigadier-General James Shields in Saint Mary’s Cemetery, at Carrollton, Missouri, not to exceed in cost the sum of three thousand dollars.
