CHAP. 97.— An Act For the relief of Phoebe Clark. February 16, 1911. [[H. R. 26529](/us/bill/61/hr/26529).] [[Private, No. 208.]](/us/pvtl/61/208) *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Phoebe Clark. Payment to. *Ante*, p. 1296. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Phoebe Clark, of Helena, Lewis and Clark County, in the State of Montana, the sum of one hundred and sixteen dollars, for a typewriter and necessary repairs thereon, which said typewriter was furnished and used by her as transcribing clerk in the office of the United States surveyor general of the State of Montana, exclusively for Government work, and which said typewriter, and the repairs thereon, were necessary for a proper performance of her duty as such transcribing clerk.
