CHAP. 94.— An Act For the relief of William C. Rich. February 16, 1911. [[H. R. 19747](/us/bill/61/hr/19747).] [[Private, No. 205.]](/us/pvtl/61/205) *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* William C. Rich. Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws and the laws governing the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, or any branch thereof, William C. Rich shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of Company M, Eleventh Regiment Illinois Volunteer Cavalry, on the twentieth day of April, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Provided,*That no*Proviso.* No prior pension. pension shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
