CHAP. 94.— An Act For the relief of the Bridgeport National Bank, Bridgeport, Ohio. March 14, 1910[[H. R. 5272](/us/bill/61/hr/5272)][[Private, No. 21](/us/pvt/61/21)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Bridgeport National Bank.Redemption of lost bond. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to redeem, in favor of the Bridgeport National Bank, Bridgeport, Ohio, United States five per centum coupon bond, issued under the Act of January fourteenth, eighteen hundred and seventy-five, numbered nineteen thousand six hundred and forty-nine, for one thousand dollars, with interest from February first, eighteen hundred and ninety-nine, to the date of the *Proviso*.Indemnity bond.maturity of said bond:
Provided, That the said Bridgeport National Bank shall first file in the Treasury a bond in the penal sum of double 1597the amount of the principal of said bond and the interest due thereon, with good and sufficient sureties, to be approved by the Secretary of the Treasury, with condition to indemnify and save harmless the United States from any loss on account of the said bond and the said interest.
