CHAP. 93.— An Act Authorizing the chief justice and associate justices of the supreme court of the Territory of New Mexico to assign the said judges to the several judicial districts of the Territory. R. 20835](/us/bill/61/hr/20835).][[Public, No. 85](/us/pl/61/85).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the chief justice andNew Mexico. Assignment of justices to districts permitted. associate justices of the supreme court of the Territory of New Mexico are hereby vested with power and authority to assign from time to time, as they may deem proper, any or either of said judges to any or either of the respective judicial districts of said Territory, and each judge, after assignment, shall reside in the district to which, for theResidence. time being, he may be assigned.
