CHAP. 89.— AN ACT To authorize the Secretary of Commerce and Labor to transfer the lighthouse tender Wistaria to the Secretary of the Treasury. February 16, 1911.[[H.R. 31661](/us/bill/36/hr/31661).][[Public, No. 380](/us/bill/36/pl/380).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, “Wistaria,” lighthouse tender.That the Secretary of Commerce and Labor be, and he is hereby, authorized to transfer to the Secretary of the Treasury, for the use of the Public Health and MarineHospital Service, the lighthouse tender Wistaria, which vessel is no longer needed in connectionTransferred to Public Health and Marine-Hospital Service.with the work of the Lighthouse Service.
