CHAP. 85.— An Act For the relief of William Doherty. February 15, 1911. [[H. R. 21646](/us/bill/61/hr/21646).] [[Private, No. 202](/us/pvtl/61/202).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* William Doherty. Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws and the laws governing the Soldiers’ Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, or any branch thereof, William Doherty, now a resident of New Jersey, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of Company B, Fourteenth Regiment New York State Militia, on July twenty-fourth, eighteen hundred and sixty-one: *Provided,*That no pension shall accrue prior to the passage*Proviso.*No prior pension. of this Act.
