CHAP. 85.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the civil war and certain widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. March 5, 1910[[H. R. 18681](/us/bill/61/hr/18681)][[Private, No. 20](/us/pvt/61/20)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Pensions. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— Pensions increased.John Goins.The name of John Goins, late of Company H, Twenty-fourth Regiment, and Company F, Fifty-fifth Regiment, Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
