CHAP. 84.— An Act For the relief of Laura A. Wagner. February 15, 1911. [[H. R. 18857](/us/bill/61/hr/18857).] [[Private, No. 291](/us/pvtl/61/291).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Laura A. Wagner. Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the said Laura A. Wagner one thousand one hundred and eighty-six dollars and twenty-five cents, which sum is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, in payment of all claim or damage arising from an injury to and the death of her father, John A.
Wagner, which was caused by a bullet fired by Government employees at the United States arsenal at Bridesburg. Approved, February 15, 1911.
