CHAP. 84.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the civil war and certain widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. March 5, 1910[[H. R. 19278](/us/bill/61/hr/19278)][[Private, No. 19](/us/pvt/61/19)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Pensions. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— Janette Talcott Keese.The name of Janette Talcott Keese, former widow of Russell Talcott, late of Company G, Forty-fourth Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
