CHAP. 83.— An Act Granting an annuity to John R. Kissinger. February 15, 1911. [[S. 7252](/us/bill/61/s/7252).] [[Private, No. 200](/us/pvtl/61/200).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* John R. Kissinger. Granted annuity. *Ante*, p. 1300. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the rolls of the War Department the name of John R. Kissinger, late of Company D, One hundred and fifty-seventh Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and also late of the Hospital Corps, United States Army, and pay to him for and during his natural life, in lieu of all pensions, the sum of one hundred dollars per month, in special recognition of the eminent service rendered, suffering endured, and permanent disabilities contracted by him in the interest of humanity and science as a volunteer subject for experiment in the yellow fever hospital in Cuba.
