CHAP. 82.— An Act For the relief of Alfred Childers. February 15, 1911. [[S. 2469](/us/bill/61/s/2469).] [[Private, No, 199](/us/pvtl/61/199).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Alfred Childers. Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws, Alfred Childers, who was a private in Company I, Seventh Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be 1919 held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of said organization on the thirtieth day of August, eighteen hundred and sixty-two: *Provided,**Proviso.*No pay, etc.
That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall accrue by virtue of the passage of this Act. Approved, February 15, 1911.
