CHAP. 80.— An Act For the relief of William Keyes. March 3, 1910[[S. 4672](/us/bill/61/s/4672)][[Private, No. 17](/us/pvt/61/17)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administrationWilliam Keyes.Military record corrected. of the pension laws William Keyes shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of Company B, One hundred and forty-second Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, on the thirtieth day of October, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Provided*, That no*Proviso*.No prior pension. pension shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
