CHAP. 80.— AN ACT Authorizing the town of Blackberry to construct a bridge across the Mississippi River in Itasca County, Minnesota. February 15, 1911.[[H.R. 81927](/us/bill/36/hr/81927).][[Public, No. 375](/us/bill/36/pl/375).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mississippi River.That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the town of Blackberry, Blackberry. Minn., may bridge.a municipal corporation organized and existing under and pursuant to the laws of the State of Minnesota, to build a public highway bridge across the Mississippi River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation from a point on the northerly bank Location.of said river in lot six, section eight, township fifty-four, range twenty-four west, fourth principal meridian, to a point on the southerly bank of said river in lot nine of said section, all in the county of Itasca, State of Minnesota, in accordance with the provisions of the ActVol. 34, p. 84.entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec.2.That the right to alter, amend, Amendment.or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 15, 1911.
