CHAP. 78.— An Act For the relief of John Reed, alias Michael Flanagan. March 3, 1910[[S. 2072](/us/bill/61/s/2072)][[Private, No. 15](/us/pvt/61/15)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administrationJohn Reed, alias Michael Flanagan.Military record corrected. of the pension laws and the laws governing the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, or any branch thereof, John Reed, alias Michael Flanagan, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of Company D, Second Regiment United States Cavalry, on the twenty-fifth day of July, eighteen hundred and sixty-five: *Provided*,*Proviso*.No prior pension.
That no pension shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, March 3, 1910.
