CHAP. 77.— AN ACT To authorize the county of Hamilton, in the State of Tennessee, to construct a bridge across the Tennessee River at Chattanooga, Tennessee. February 15, 1911.[[H.R. 31649](/us/bill/36/hr/31649).][[Public, No. 372](/us/bill/36/pl/372).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Un ited States of America in Congress assembled*, That the county of Hamilton, in the State of Tennessee,Tennessee River.be, and is hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Tennessee RiverHamilton County may bridge, Chattanooga, Tenn., at some point on said Tennessee River suitable to the interests of navigation, above or below the present bridge from Walnut Street, in the city of Chattanooga, to Hill City,To Hill City.in the State of Tennessee, in accordance with the provisions of the ActVol. 34, p. 84.entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec.2.That the right to alter, amend,Amendment.or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 15, 1911.
