CHAP. 76.— AN ACT To authorize the county of Hamilton, in the State of Tennessee, to construct a bridge across the Tennessee River at Chattanooga, Tennessee. February 15, 1911.[[H.R. 31648](/us/bill/36/hr/31648).][[Public, No. 371](/us/bill/36/pl/371).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the county of Hamilton, in the State of TennesseeTennessee River., be, and is hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto, across the Tennessee River,Hamilton County may bridge, Chattanooga, Tenn.at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, between a point four hundred feet north of West Sixth Street on the north,Location.and Nineteenth Street (formerly Henry Street) on the south, in the city of Chattanooga, Tennessee, to the opposite bank of said Tennessee River, in said county of Hamilton, in the State of Tennessee,Vol. 34, p. 84.in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “ An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec.2.That the right to alter, amend,Amendment.or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 15, 1911.
