Kittle.Military record corrected.of the pension laws the authorization of the Secretary of War permitting Edward C. Kittle, formerly captain Company D, Sixty-first New York Volunteers, to reenter the service shall be held and considered as an honorable discharge from his service with that command. Approved, February 3, 1910.
