CHAP. 74.— AN ACT To authorize the Great Western Land Company, of Missouri, to construct a bridge across Black River. February 15, 1911.[[H.R. 80899](/us/bill/36/hr/80899).][[Public, No. 369](/us/bill/36/pl/369).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of América in Congress assembled*, Black River.That the Great Western Land Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Missouri, its successors and assigns be, Great Western Lund Company may bridge.
Poplar Bluff, Mo.and they are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Black River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation at or near and below the town of Poplar Bluff, in Butler County, in the State of Missouri, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled ‘‘An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.Vol. 31, p. 84. Sec.2.That the right to alter, amend,Amendment.or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved.
