CHAP. 73.— AN ACT To authorize the Chicago Great Western Railroad Company, a corporation, to construct a bridge across the Mississippi River at Saint Paul, Minnesota. February 15, 1911.[[H.R. 30890](/us/bill/36/hr/30890).][[Public, No. 368](/us/bill/36/pl/368).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mississippi RiverThat the Chicago Great Western Railroad Company, a corporation organized under the laws of Illinois, its successors and assigns,Chicago Great Western Railroad Company may bridge, Saint Paul.
Minn.are hereby authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto, across the Mississippi River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or in Saint Paul, in the county of Ramsey, in the State of Minnesota, in accordance with the provisions of the ActVol. 34, p. 84.entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six. Sec.2.That the right to alter, amend, Amendment.or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved.
