CHAP. 72.— AN ACT To authorize the Fargo and Moorhead Street Railway Company to construct a bridge across the Red River of the North. February 15, 1911.[[H.R. 30793](/us/bill/36/hr/30793).][[Public, No. 367](/us/bill/36/pl/367).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Fargo and Moorhead Street Railway Company, Red River of the North.a corporation organized under the laws of North Dakota, its successors and assigns, are hereby authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Red River of the NorthFargo and Moor head Street Railway Company may bridge, Fargo, N.
Dak.at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near the city of Fargo, in the county of Cass, in the State of North Dakota, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.Vol. 31, p. 84.
