CHAP. 7.— An Act To authorize the city of Minneapolis, in the State of Minnesota, to construct a bridge across the Mississippi River in said city. January 27, 1910.[[H. R. 12288](/us/bill/61/hr/12288).][[Public, No. 18](/us/pl/61/18).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the city of Minneapolis,Mississippi River.Minneapolis, Minn., may bridge. in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, be, and it is hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Mississippi River from Third avenueLocation. south, on the west side of said river, to First avenue southeast, on the east side of said river, in the city of Minneapolis, in the State of Minnesota, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “AnVol. 34, p. 84.
Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six. Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, January 27, 1910.
