CHAP. 68.— AN ACT To authorize S. G. Guerrier, of Atchison, Kansas, to construct a bridge across the Missouri River near the city of Atchison, Kansas. February 15, 1911. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Missouri River.That S. G. Guerrier, of Atchison, State of Kansas, and his assigns, are hereby authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridgeS. G. Guerrier may bridge, at Atchison. Kans.and approaches thereto across the Missouri River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near the city of Atchison, in the county of Atchison, in the State of Kansas, in accordance with the provisions of the Act Vol. 84, p. 84.entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec.2.That the right to alter, amend,Amendment.or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 15, 1911.
