CHAP. 63.— An Act For the relief of the heirs of Charles F. Atwood and Ziba H. Nickerson. February 13, 1911. [[S. 3897](/us/bill/61/s/3897).] [[Private, No. 194](/us/pvtl/61/194).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Charles F. Atwood and Ziba H. Nickerson. Payment to heirs of. *Ante*, p. 1296. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to the widow, child, or children of Charles F.
Atwood, of Boston, Massa-1908chusetts, the sum of two thousand dollars, and of Ziba II. Nickerson, of Lynn, Massachusetts, the sum of eight hundred and forty dollars, employees of the Treasury Department, said sums to be considered as full compensation for their death in the performance of their regular duties on July sixteenth, nineteen hundred and eight.
