CHAP. 61.— An Act For the relief of Douglas C. McDougal. February 13, 1911. [[S. 3097](/us/bill/61/s/3097).] [[Private, No. 192](/us/pvtl/61/192).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Douglas C. McDougal. Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Douglas C. McDougal, captain, United States Marine Corps, the sum of one thousand three hundred and fifteen dollars, said sum to be a payment in full for all losses of personal property incurred by him by reason of the destruction by fire of said property while on duty with the rifle team of the United States Marine Corps, at Sea Girt, State of New Jersey, on the ninth day of June, nineteen hundred and nine.
