CHAP. 60.— An Act For the relief of the estate of James Mitchell, deceased. February 13, 1911. [[S. 2429](/us/bill/61/s/2429).] [[Private, No. 191](/us/pvtl/61/191).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* James Mitchell. Issue of duplicate bonds to estate of. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to issue registered bonds of the three per centum loan of nineteen hundred 1907 and eight to nineteen hundred and eighteen in favor of the estate of James Mitchell, with interest from February first, nineteen hundred and one, in lieu of United States three per centum coupon bonds of said loan, for one hundred dollars each, numbered forty-six thousand three hundred and seventy-five, forty-six thousand three hundred and seventy-six, forty-six thousand three hundred and seventy-seven, forty-six thousand three hundred and seventy-eight, and forty-six thousand three hundred and seventy-nine: *Provided,*That*Proviso.*Indemnity bond. the administrator of said estate shall first file in the Treasury Department a bond in the penal sum of double the amount of the principal and the unpaid interest coupons of the said bonds, in such form and with such sureties as may be acceptable to the Secretary of the Treasury, to indemnify the United States against loss on account of said original coupon bonds.
