CHAP. 59.— An Act For the relief of Arthur H. Barnes. February 13, 1911. [[S. 1318](/us/bill/61/s/1318).] [[Private, No. 190](/us/pvtl/61/190).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Arthur H. Barnes. Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Arthur H. Barnes, of Marshall, Saline County, Missouri, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of sixty-eight dollars and six cents, salary due him as chaplain, Sixth Missouri Infantry, war with Spain, from July first to July fifteenth, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight.
