CHAP. 57.— An Act Providing for the appointment of an additional district judge in and for the northern judicial district of the State of Ohio, and an additional district judge in and for the southern judicial district of the State of Ohio. February 24, 1910.[[S. 1043](/us/bill/61/s/1043).][[Public, No. 60](/us/pl/61/60).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Ohio northern and southern judicial districts.Additional judges authorized for.[R.
S., sec. 551, p. 93](/us/rs/s551/p93).*Post*, p. 1087. That there shall be in the northern judicial district of the State of Ohio an additional district judge, and there shall be in the southern judicial district of the said State an additional district judge; each shall be appointed by the President, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, and they shall possess the same qualifications and have the same power and jurisdiction, and their term of office and compensation shall be the same as now prescribed by law in respect to any present district judge therein.
Sec. 2. Limitation repealed.Vol. 34, p. 928. That section two of an Act to provide for the appointment of an additional district judge in and for the southern district of the State of Ohio, approved February twenty-fifth, nineteen hundred and seven, be, and the same is hereby, repealed. Approved, February 24, 1910.
